1. Participants will make their own accommodation reservations.
2. Participants wishing to stay at the specified hotel must complete their reservations and make their payments by September 16, 2025, at the latest. The hotel will not guarantee rooms for reservations made after this date.
3. Rooms allocated for participants are double rooms, and it is important to take this into account when making reservations.
4. When making reservations, participants must specifically indicate that they are staying for the “Congress on the History of Religions in Turkey”.
